Vaibhav Garg is a renowned Clinical & Sports Nutritionist. He is the founding force behind Purecise - a 100% Natural and Vegan brand providing homegrown nutritional supplements. A seasoned clinical nutritionist with a decade long experience, he has been associated with the prestigious “Super Fight League” & “Super Boxing League,” working closely with professional Mixed Martial Arts Fighters and Boxers from all over the world. He is responsible for assisting athletes in managing their diets and help them get the best out of their training and performance. He has also been associated with Gary Kirsten Cricket, creating nutrition-related content for their online training programs. He was also associated with the Indian Premier League (IPL) wherein, he worked closely with the Delhi Daredevils Team along with the team that brought FCBEscola to India, a grassroots development initiative by the football start-up Conscient Football. An MSc in Sports Nutrition Management from the University of Sheffield, UK, Vaibhav has been an avid cricketer, having played some club cricket in England, and was the first person to achieve the Level 2 Certificate for Coaching from the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) in just a 2-month duration (a course of 6-month duration). On the Therapeutic Nutrition front, he has helped many individuals overcome problems associated with Obesity, Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Liver Disease, Kidney Disease, Cancer, Arthritis, Asthma, Thyroidism, PCOD/PCOS, and other metabolic issues purely through food-based therapy, or what he likes to call 'Diet Therapy'.
